Forming an LLC

There are important factors to consider when forming an LLC. Is your new business venture going to be passive or non-passive? Will your new LLC be operating in multiple states? Your CPA can incorporate your business with the Department of State, Request and EIN number from the IRS, as well as, register your business for various types of taxes (Payroll Tax, Sales Tax, Etc.) Your CPA can also guide you in the formation process as to the tax consequences of each type of business organization you may choose. There are many cheap alternatives to using a CPA, however, none of these can provide you with the experienced answers that a CPA can. New Business Incorporation is an important first step.
